Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note that during high-volume periods or new product drops, processing time may take slightly longer.
Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Standard Shipping: Typically takes 3-7 business days via USPS, OnTrac, or UPS.
- Free Shipping: We offer complimentary shipping on orders totaling $250 or more. To take advantage of this offer, please contact our team at pocketedcgear@gmail.com before placing your order to receive your exclusive free shipping code.
Domestic Shipping (USA Only)
Currently, PocketEDC ships exclusively to addresses within the United States, including U.S. Territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We do not ship internationally at this time to ensure the highest quality of service and delivery speed.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at pocketedcgear@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Insurance & Lost Packages
We want you to feel completely secure when ordering from PocketEDC. Every shipment is fully insured.

We are committed to ensuring that our clients receive exactly what they ordered. If your package is lost during transit, we will make it right.
The Process:
In the event that the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, or OnTrac) confirms that your package has been lost in transit, we will compensate for the loss. At our sole discretion, we will either provide a free replacement of your order or issue a full refund.
Important Conditions:
- This policy applies only when the carrier officially confirms the package as lost.
- PocketEDC cannot be held responsible for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but reported missing (e.g., stolen from a porch). In such cases, please ensure you have a secure delivery location.
